Pen 1 has a 12' x 12' matted shelter within a 100' x 200' paddock with a Ritchie waterer. Pen 2 has a 30' x 12' matted loafing shed attached to the barn within a 100' x 165' paddock with a Nelson pedestal Nelson waterer (heated in winter). $25/per horse. NO STALLIONS.
